"Reasonable accommodation at a reasonable price."

"Only stay here if you're broke, or there are no vacancies anywhere else. It's cheap for a reason. The walls are paper thin & I could hear slamming doors until the early hours and people coming & going in the corridor. The bathroom walls were filthy - I don't want to guess what some of the stains & blobs were. The bathroom floor tiles were mouldy so I wore thongs in the shower. On a positive note, the airconditioner worked well, and its within easy walking distance of a club & pub."
