My family enjoyed our first visit to Durango this spring break, and the condo proved to be in a very handy location. It's just about 10 minutes from the slopes, so it was an easy drive back and forth and we really enjoyed the convenience of the restaurants and hot tub close by in the evenings. Accessing the upstairs loft is via a spiral staircase and since we had a lot of gear for skiing we carried one suitcase up but left the larger one downstairs. Also, the WiFi for the whole complex is public with no passwords if that is something that would bother you. The kitchen seemed to be pretty well stocked, and having your own full size washer & dryer was very nice. The Durango train runs close by and there's lots of wildlife to be seen in the area.

This was the perfect home base for our Durango vacation! The condo was spotless, comfortable, and had everything our family needed for a wonderful stay.The location couldn't have been better. We were able to easily explore Durango, ride ATVs in the San Juan National Forest, and spend an unforgettable day in Silverton. After long days of adventure, it was so nice to come back to such a relaxing and welcoming place.The condo was well maintained, nicely furnished, and the host provided excellent communication throughout our stay. Every part of the experience was easy and stress-free.We made so many wonderful family memories during our visit, and this condo played a big part in making our trip so enjoyable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Durango area!
