Beautiful Mountain Condo

About this space
The condo is located 1 mile S of Purgatory, 24 miles N of Durango, 23 miles S of Silverton, and Trimble Hot Springs is 17 miles to the S. There is a small convenience store/market to the S that carries a few provisions, but it's best to grab groceries in town. There is also a liquor store next to it. Within the Silverpick Village property there is a kids playground, outdoor firepit and grill, hot tub, fine dining, and multiple hiking trails behind the property.
The space
My home is an attractive ski condo one mile south of Purgatory Resort. Vaulted ceilings throughout the majority of the condo, appointed in Victorian and Asian antiques, eclectic decor, and a fully equipped kitchen. Please be aware that there are many art pieces depicting the nude human form scattered throughout the condo. You will enjoy access to a shared hot tub, plentiful mountain views, a wood fireplace, and all of the standard home comforts including a stocked game cupboard. Located at the Silverpick Village, you will be steps away from the top notch Sow's Ear restaurant. Not to mention the Olde Schoolhouse Cafe and Saloon and the Nugget Mountain Bar just down the street and the many selections of restaurants at Purgatory.
