Location is great! Staff was very friendly and helpful. GREAT RESTAURANTS and the Drango/Silverton train station in walking distance. However, Walls were a little thin and we could sometimes hear people in the next room. To be fair, we happened upon a bikers event for Labor Day weekend and didn't know it was going to be loud.

The location was great, perfect for strolling downtown, and there was a comfortable bed, but the hotel could definitely use a refresh as carpets were dingy and a bit stinky. Loved the shampoo, conditioner and soap though as well as the coffee and grab and go breakfast

This is an older hotel but well maintained and clean. The bathrooms are small but the room is okay and well furnished. The beds are comfortable but the pillows are awful. The only reason I wouldn't give five stars is the thick firm pillows and nothing but. My neck still hurts. Honestly I didn't ask if they had other pillows. The office closes at night.

It’s pretty old and smells like sewer with a hint of fabreeze.. not very user friendly. Bring singles for the soda machine. Bring plugs for charger cords. A few 20 year old updates would be convenient. However the pool and hot tub was a nice surprise
