This unit is the Cliff View Room. This room is 1/4 mile from Purgatory Ski Resort, 30 minutes from Durango, 20 minutes from Durango Hot Springs and 30 minutes from Silverton. The Nugget bar and grill is right across the street. This room has a queen bed. It is equipped with a Kurig, microwave and small frig. No stove. Private entrance. Free parking. This is the perfect base camp for adventure. We also have parking for trailer if you are bringing your toys.

Great Location - Cleaner than Clean

This bedroom/bath condo is exactly as described. I really appreciated the cleanliness and the proximity to Purgatory. And the tv was terrific.

Exactly what I needed for a few days of solo skiing just up the road at Purgatory! Host even plowed the driveway first thing after a much-wished-for snow.
