In the winter, walk to the lifts and ski the scenic, expansive trails of Purgatory Ski Resort, and when the snow is deep you can ski right off the balcony. During the warmer months, rent a kayak, stand-up paddleboard, or canoe and hit the open alpine lake waters, with mountain views as your backdrop.

    Enjoy more beautiful mountain views from the comfort of the condo's private balcony or the living area lined with large windows.
