"Excellent location for a Durango stay. I was able work during the day both on the bar inside and the outdoor porch area. The walk to downtown is so easy and convenient. AND very quiet. Victoria was the perfect host, she made sure all the essentials and BEYOND were available, even checked in during my stay to ensure all needs were being met. "Beautiful house with beautiful yard including visiting deer, The house was a little further from town than I realized but just had to plan to take the time to get places . The house is well stocked with everything you need except for condiments which seems standard after Covid. The deck overlooking yard is a great place to relax and BBQ."

"The property was beautiful and the views were amazing. We arrived at sunset so got to enjoy that all the way up the mountain. It seems to be one of the uppermost homes on the mountain. The views from thie living area and loft area were spectacular. The steam room is also great! We used it several times. Sleeping downstairs is a little loud due to the furnace and water heater being in a rather open area downstairs."
