"The whole place smelled like wet dog and the rooms are outdated. Not worth the price. The breakfast is good if you enjoy the taste of cardboard."

"It was Sunday evening and we ordered a soup and a salad (only one of each)in the dining room. It was an hour before they arrived . No explanation . We were told an old fashioned wake up call was scheduled but it never came. We had a very early appointment in Pottsboro which we made on time anyway. not the expected service for sure."
