L'accueil souriant, mais par la suite le personnel ne l'est pas, ce qui est décevant. Au restaurant, les tables sont attribuées à l'avance par le personnel, et dans les faits les personnes seules sont placées à des tables peu agréables, dans des zones de passage ou près du buffet.
La chambre 604 est grande et belle et très calme, mais la salle de bain est petite. Le grand lit est constitué de 2 petits matelas, la jonction entre ces deux-ci rend le lit peu confortable. La bouteille d'eau minérale est appréciée. Le téléviseur ne reçoit aucune chaîne francophone, ce qui est étrange compte tenu de la proximité avec la France. Bon rapport qualité/prix.

Wir waren begeistert.
Ein besonderes lob von hier aus noch einmal an das Bedienungspersonal.

Hotel molto bello ed un ristorante con una qualità elevata.
Note negative: 1) la mia camera era al secondo piano senza ascensore, faticoso con i bagagli;
2) la sauna chiude alle 19,00 , troppo presto, per chi lavora non è usufruibile.

Une atmosphère typiquement "Forêt Noire", salles de restauration tout de bois décorées, buffet du petit déjeuner typique (jambons fumés, truites, pain aux céréales...) Magnifique jardin, spa récent, très belle atmosphère (peu de transats mais nous n'avons pas été gênés, il y avait très peu de monde malgré le week-end, des horaires un peu restrictifs lorsqu'on quitte son travail.... mais les allemands dînent tôt)
Ein gemütliches Hotel, zu dem auch ein gepflegter Garten gehört, erfreut das Auge und versetzt Sie sofort in den Urlaub. Kleiner, aber geschmackvoll eingerichter Wellnessbereich. Die Speisekarte des Restaurants wird Feinschmecker begeistern. Hunde sind willkommen, was mir sehr wichtig war. Ein kleines Paradies mitten in den Weinbergen. Es ergab alles Sinn.
Schönes Wellnesshotel in der Ortenau. Schöner Wellnessbereich, wundervolle Gartenanlage und auch die Umgebung bietet alles was das Herz begehrt (außer Meer ;-) Werde ich sicher privat nochmals buchen!

Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die Öffnungszeit der Sauna, die leider nur bis 19 Uhr geöffnet ist.
So stelle ich mir ein Hotel in der Nach-Coronazeit vor. Die Inhaberfamilie hat das Thema ‚Abstand halten‘ ganz großartig und ästhetisch hervorragend gelöst. Ich war echt beeindruckt und der Parkplatz war auch voll, also sehe nicht nur ich das so. Der Erfolg spricht für sich.
Beim Frühstück steht der Chef noch selbst in der Küche, was sicher damit zusammenhängt, dass er einen erhöhten Personaleinsatz für nötig hält um seine Gäste zufriedenzustellen.
Man wird platziert, von einer netten Mitarbeiterin, dann kommt der Chef und serviert das Frühstück, im Anschluss kommt eine weitere Mitarbeiterin und serviert bzw. fragt nach weiteren Wünschen, wie Croissants und süßen Teilchen. Das ist toll aber vor allem familiär.
Ein superschönes Haus, mit noch schönerem Garten, ja eher schon Parkähnlich mit Blick auf die Weinberge. Ankommen, runterkommen, sich zuhause fühlen.
