"Booked via Hotel.com. The staff and the manager did not have knowledge of the reservation. They offered another room category for the same price I booked when in actuality that room was inferior and cheaper to book. Additionally, the manager I spoke to based in Leh was EXTREMELY rude. He claimed they don’t sell rooms on hotels.com and that I booked the room via an agent and that he couldn’t do anything. All I was politely asking for what I paid in terms of product and service. "We stayed at Hotel XYZ during our Leh-Ladakh trip. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, making our stay very relaxing. Also, the mountain view from the balcony was excellent. The staff were exceptionally friendly, courteous, and always willing to help with a smile, providing excellent service throughout our visit.""The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and welcoming. The hotel is a 2 km drive to the Leh market or a 1.5 km walk; we used a taxi from the hotel for drop-off and pickup for a very reasonable fee. We took bike and car rentals via the hotel, and it was a great experience. I would recommend Hotel XYZ to friends and family. We look forward to staying here again in the future"
