Beautiful brand new rural house with large patio, private pool and air conditioning and wood stove. The house has a large living room/kitchen with a high ceiling, the three bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and are doubles. One of them is on the ground floor and the other two on the top floor. There is also a toilet on the ground floor. Perfect location on the outskirts of Dúrcal, in a very quiet area, just 25 minutes from Granada, 30 minutes from the Tropical coast and 50 minutes from the Sierra Nevada ski resort. Ideal for holidays with family or friends. The pool will be open throughout the year. Ask for opening and closing dates. We supply firewood in the winter months, it is not included in the rent. Que cada habitación tenga su aseo es una maravilla, la barbacoa, la piscina, y todos los detalles que puedes encontrar en el alojamiento. Además, Chari, la dueña de la casa, es muy atenta y servicial. Sin duda, recomendadísimo.
