"Some issues with the room. Dirty towel from previous person left on floor in bathroom. No cookies left as advertised. Coffee maker still has coffee in it from previous person. Room was very nice and staff kind. Nice pool and hot tub. Breakfast for hot items gross and weird. No notice in room or at check in about pizza offered for sale on weekend evening. Found out by accident. Very good pizza! Attention to detail needed here. But we still enjoyed our stay."

"We had a wonderful time here and everything was great! Very communicative host, comfortable beds, everything you need in the kitchen, plenty of space and fun things to do. We stayed with young kids and elderly parents and everyone had a great time. The water is shallow and calm by the docks, and the neighborhood is quiet, perfect for young kids."

"The room was very nice and the handicapped accessories built in were wonderful. Two cons: 1) The shower head was not the correct one. It did not have a hole in the bottom to fit on the bracket attached to the rod which allows you to move the head up and down. 2) We stayed two nights. After the first night we were gone most of the day and when we came back to the room there had been no housekeeping done. Bed not made, new towels not supplied, etc. This was quite disappointing."

"We spent a long weekend here during college move-in, and it was absolutely perfect for us. Move-in can be such a stressful, hectic time, but coming back to this beautiful, peaceful home each day made the whole experience so much easier and more enjoyable.The home is beautiful and thoughtfully appointed, with a comfortable bed, great kitchen, and everything we needed. But the lake view is truly the highlight—watching deer come down to drink and swans fishing was so peaceful and almost magical.The owners were incredibly kind and accommodating, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I almost want to keep this place a secret, but it’s too wonderful not to share! We’ll definitely be back."

"A unique unforgettable stay. Friendly hosts, a sweet rescue horse, barn cats and kittens, a charming atmosphere. We had the river side cabin, which is just a short hike away. Cozy, far enough away to feel private, close enough to get visits from Midnight (a cat!)."
