The hotel was beautifully, warm exquisite decor. Going up to the hotel, which seems to be surrounded by a housing estate, you really are not expecting such a delightful place. Had the weather been better we would have appreciated the well maintained gardens more, wonderfully lit up at night. The wide range of drinks at the bar was inviting. The evening meal was a taste sensation and the staff were extremely pleasant. The room was inviting, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast had a beautiful self service and the full breakfast was cooked to our perfection. Beautiful hotel. Only down side no lift to 2nd floor.

It was a really nice stay. The cabin we stayed in was quiet and very spacious. The only issue was breakfast was a bit chaotic, the toaster packed up and the coffee machine did not work. That said, the staff did everything to accommodate us. Overall, a really great stay and would certainly stay again when in the area.

Lovely friendly staff, garden room was lovely and clean and well equipped….only problem we had was the heating was set at 35 degrees upon arrival and it took a while to cool it down with windows and doors open. Would stay here again without a doubt
