Cozy spacious log cabin with million dollar unobstructed views. Beautiful home with
20 foot ceilings and wood burning fireplace to enjoy all seasons. 4 large bedrooms plus loft which comfortably sleeps 10. Private master suite located in the upper level loft area with private bathroom. Two spacious bedrooms are on the main level and a fourth bedroom is located in the lower level of home with its own living room, television, gas fireplace and private bath. All furnishings are new. Home is situated on 3 1/2 acres on the mountain with breathtaking views. The property has a bocce court for family fun and a gorgeous stone fire-pit surrounded by string lights to gather day or night with family and friends. Enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sunset - the location of this home with its unimaginable views offers peace, tranquility and relaxation. Minutes to Windham mountain and town with some great restaurants, a wine bar, a coffee shop and a gourmet market where you can find everything you need! Some local summer attractions are music on the Mountain at Windham every Friday 5:30pm-8:30pm, Windham Scenic Skyrides at Windham Mountain, Zoom Flume water park which is minutes away, The Vineyard at Windham for delicious wine and wine tasting, bike path (and walking path) and bike rentals in Windham town at the Windham Path, mountain biking on Windham Mountain, golfing at Windham golf course, a petting zoo at a local farm and many areas to hike including nearby Kaaterskill Falls. There is also the famous Guaranteed Irish gift shop minutes away in Durham which specializes in all authentic Irish items. There is much to do if you love to explore!

Exceptional Stay
Can’t say enough good things about this house. “Million dollar views” are an understatement. Home owner Robin and the house manager Rich were more than helpful and easy to communicate with. The setup of the house was perfect for our group. The basement was particularly key for those with children. The host provided some games (corn hole, ladder ball, darts) in the garage. The fire pit and bocce ball court were a fun bonus. Couldn’t recommend this home more, especially for larger groups.

The house was perfect! Extremely clean, very well maintained, updated furniture and sophisticatedly decorated. Rich, the house manager, and Robin, the owner were both very attentive and quick to respond to calls and texts. My kids had an amazing time and can’t wait to go back.

Wonderful gathering place
We re-unioned with college friends and their families at this lovely property. Three kids, ages 6 and 7, had a blast using the basement as their kids' HQ, and parents had so much fun lounging upstairs, hanging around the firepit, and catching up on the porch overlooking the mountains. Yard + bocce court and other lawn games was super fun for all. Comfortable and clean. Perfect for our group.

Fantastic house/view
This property was amazing. The view is breathtaking and the house is so well put together and taken care of. The bocce ball court and the fire pit were a huge hit with my family. Not a bad word to say about this spot. It's secluded and private but still easy to find and pretty close to a grocery store and a gas station. The property manager and owner were both super helpful and extremely pleasant to deal with. 10/10

Robin was an amazing host, very accommodating. The place was immaculate. There is a lot to do in the surrounding towns but we found ourselves wanting to stay put as much as we could. We had a great time with Bocce ball and sitting by the fire. Our only complaint was we had to leave!

Million dollar View house
As the name says million dollar View. Very nice property with a beautiful view. it's more beautiful than in the pictures. Super clean comfy and cozy bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen, clean bathrooms, and great outdoors with fire pit and lots of chairs. The host is very friendly and responsive and provided the guide with useful information about locals.

Durham House
This house is as described, spacious, clean and very accomodating. The views are amazing. The house is nicely decorated with plenty of space for the whole family to hang out comfy and cozy in the overstuffed furniture in front of the fire. There's also a nice little loft area to sit away from it all. The house is perfectly designed for multi generational families. Kids can escape to their own sitting room on the lower level. But the best part of house is the yard. Great outdoor fire pit with lots of chairs for sharing hot chocolate after sleigh riding on the front hill. The host was super responsive and provided a lot of useful information about the property and local offerings for dining and exploring.

Great house for a ski weekend
Super clean home with very friendly manager and owners respectively. If you’re going for a ski weekend this house would be perfect with the multiple fireplaces Indoor and out. The house was smaller than we understood from the pictures so for a holiday weekend with the 8 person family it was cramped but for a ski weekend it wouldn’t have been a concern at all. Views are spectacular over the valley if the weather is clear.

This home is better than the pictures! The view is amazing. The entire home was immaculate. We enjoyed playing bocce and enjoyed the outside fire pit each night. IMMACULATE HOME, STUNNING VIEWS!
My wife and I rented this home for a brief vacation and to get together with a few old friends. We were NOT disappointed! First off, this house is absolutely gorgeous - in and out! An absolute dream home! To say the house was clean is an understatement - the house was immaculate! Nothing out of place, not a speck of dust to be seen - unreal! The views are absolutely stunning! Easily 75-100 mile views! Giant deck and an absolutely gorgeous firepit area! The house has everything you need at your fingertips, and a massive TV in the living room (WOW!). One of our friends couldn't stop talking about the house for days after (he lives in a $2+ million home in Greenwich!). Rich, the caretaker, met us upon our arrival, went over any questions we had about the home and was a wealth of knowledge about the surrounding area (places to eat, shop, tourist attractions, etc.). He was extremely helpful and personable and made us feel right at home. We are definitely coming back! - Rob & Elena

Perfect House for Family Gatherings
We so enjoyed our stay! The house is beautiful and immaculately clean. The downstairs suite with small living room, bathroom and bedroom is ideally for kids or adults who prefer privacy. The loft / sleeper sofa worked well (being adjacent to the master bedroom) for adult daughter and she shared our bathroom. The views are spectacular and the outdoor fire pit with cafe lights was a magical way to end each evening. Only one request! We didn't have wastebaskets in the bathrooms. Otherwise 5-star everything! Thanks to Robin for being such a responsive hostess.

I booked Robin's lovely home to celebrate my 30th birthday with some close friends and family. I could not have selected a better location! The furniture and beds were comfy, and the house was spotlessly clean. The kitchen has everything you need to enjoy coffee, snacks, and meals. The deck has the most incredible view of the mountains, and outdoor bocce and fire pit allowed us to hang as a group while enjoying this view. Check-in was a breeze, and included a lovely guidebook with local restaurants and things to do. Would love the chance to stay here again!
