Stay comfortably in Durham at this newly renovated spacious 3-bedroom house. Hardwood floors and tile throughout. Each bedroom offers a different cozy bed setup - 1 king, 1 twin and 1 full, and 1 queen bed. The master bedroom and twin/full bedrooms have spacious walk in closets. Included amenities include a washing machine and dryer, AC, iron and ironing board, heating, two smart tvs, front patio, an outdoor deck, and WiFi. With 2.5 bathrooms equipped with two bathtubs and hair dryers, guests will have all the comforts of home. Immerse yourself in the welcoming and tranquil atmosphere of this wooded retreat. A very quiet and safe neighborhood with families. There is plenty of room to spread out and the kitchen is fully stocked for people who like to cook. Enjoy books and board games by the gas fireplace in the living room or in the upstairs family room. There are 3 workspaces (one downstairs, two upstairs). You can enjoy the outdoors on the front patio or in the private backyard and on the back deck. There is a fire pit with firewood provided. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.
