"Spotless well presented property- super clean & v close to town centre. Only stayed a night but was ideal - thanks"

"Clean, modern, well equipped and easy walking to Durham Centre. "

"Brilliant communication from the host. Immaculate house in a quiet residential street. Had a driveway which fit our two cars comfortably. The house itself was beautiful. Stunning decor and attention to detail. Modern appliances and everything you need. Beds were super comfy with soft linen. The location was great as shops and retail park just a few minutes drive away, Durham was approx ten mins by car. The welcome booklet was so detailed it helped us lots. Would absolutely come stay here again,...

"This is a really great apartment, very clean and well supplied with all essentials, and more. Spacious rooms, lovely garden, and not far from the centre of the city. I would definitely stay here again"

"Very nice stay. Beds very very comfortable for sleeping. Host was prompt in answering questions we had. Would definitely stay here again."

"This is a gem of a find, the house is just outside Durham. The 5 bedrooms are spacious and living and kitchen was well arranged. There are lovely touches that make it like home with decent linens and towels, soaps and toilet paper ! All that with plenty of parking. Could not fault it and would happily book it again."

"Great location, can walk into the town. Good bus service as well. Sun lounge a big bonus."

"Perfect size for a large family gathering. Clean with all the necessary facilities and close to a large retail park for shopping. Some of the beds were a bit uncomfortable and extra blankets would have been nice as the rooms were cold in the evening. Overall, a lovely stay for a few nights."

"We booked this place to spend some time with our son for his graduation. It was roomy enough for the whole family and close to the university."

"Nice and tidy place"
