Instructions for heating outdated (thermostat is in 1st floor lounge nit ground floor hall), and uneven heating so ground floor rooms cold. Only one door key for 6 adults isn't enough! Shabby interior although modern house: broken plug chains, no lid on kitchen bin, curtain hooks missing in lounge, frayed cord on iron. No extra bin bags provided, minimal kitchen equipment, some door catches missing. Gave...
