Beschreven stond een begane grond appartement grenzend aan de tuin, met grote woonkamer en volledig uitgeruste keuken. "In den ersten zwei Tagen war die Wohnung anderweitig vergeben, obwohl wir eine Buchungsbestätigung hatten. Deshalb wurden wir in einer Ausweichwohnung in einem umgebauten Schuppen auf dem Hof untergebracht. Der Eindruck dort war ungepflegt. Die Matratzen waren durchgelegen. Das Bad war dilettantisch ausgebaut, weshalb nach jedem Duschen alles unter Wasser stand. Die Lampen waren teilweise kaputt.
