"Pros: The staff was very friendly, especially, Jamie, who served breakfast each morning during our stay. We got there at 12pm and they allowed us to check in early, which was helpful. The hotel is easily by public transportation. The included breakfast was great. Cons: There is no AC in the rooms, only tower fans so may not be ideal during summer months. "The hotel was the lovely a s the room was comfortable. The room was booked for two people, but it only had one twin size duvet and one bath towel. It wasn’t set up for two people. I’m sure I could have requested more, but we made due. The check in staff were very polite and helpful!"

"The hotel was spotless. Staff was very helpful. Excellent restaurant and bar. If you are a car enthusiast you definitely need to stay here the owner has an incredible collection of vintage sports cars and some modern cars the hotel is basically a car museum, also in the basement of the hotel there is a small version of Ripley's aquarium stunning examples of native freshwater fish and huge tanks quite an interesting walk through. Our room also had a beautiful outdoor terrace and view of the town."

"It's a modern accommodation and conveniently situated near the highway. There was a bit of a mix-up with our room upon check-in, but the staff graciously corrected the problem. Unfortunately the new room we were provided had a considerable musty "dog-like" smell to it. The room was also extremely small, however I realize this is typical of many European 'value' hotels -- it's just that for a fairly considerable room rate, I had expected a bit more."

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The customer service was among the worst I have experienced. Several staff members were rude, dismissive, and unwilling to listen to guest concerns. Whenever I tried to explain an issue, I felt that I was immediately dismissed and even accused of being dishonest rather than being treated with respect and professionalism. What was most frustrating were the numerous unexpected charges. Guests should be aware that calling reception by dialing “0”...
