I really enjoyed my stay at Grand Duka Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean and had a really relaxing atmosphere. My room was comfortable and well-maintained, and I especially enjoyed the spa.

hotel is really pretty, staff really nice. Had some troubles with getting my room cleaned but was resolved, breakfast is okay not my favourite but boyfriend loved it. If staying for a week recommended doing day trips. As we explored durres in a few days. highly recommend this hotel although slight improvements can be made like: milk for teas in room as standard, timely house keeping ect

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Although it's located in a slightly run-down area, the hotel itself was spotless, well-maintained, and very welcoming. We were in Albania for a few days and really enjoyed our stay here. They also have underground parking so ideal for travellers who hire a car! I would definitely recommend it!

We had a fantastic stay at this modern and beautifully maintained hotel. The staff were absolutely brilliant—friendly, welcoming, and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel itself was stylish, comfortable, and exceptionally clean, with a fresh and modern atmosphere throughout. The food was also excellent, with a great selection and high-quality dishes that we thoroughly enjoyed. Everything was well presented and served with great attention to detail. The hotel exceeded expectations. I loved how they provided a bathrobe, toothbrush, tooth paste, shower cap and etc. This is so rare in hotels nowadays. The food at Atrium restaurant was 10/10, still dreaming of the truffle pasta. Will definitely be coming back with my loved ones.

Boris was so sweet and helpful! He made our stay amazing and is so funny!! Without him I'm not sure I would give this place a high rating. I mean it is clean and pleasant but location wise nothing special and it's inside a shopping centre so anyone can get in the lift and could come to our floor, so not really safe. I wouldn't stay here again or recommend due to location only but a big thank you to Boris!!!

This is a decent property. It is centrally located in a bustling area with lots of stores, shops and restaurants in walking distance. The rooms are spacious and clean. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was good and not too expensive
