"Our night at the Chateau had to be the single most memorable night of our trip. I loved it; my other half was a bit freaked by it all. The property is a long way from anywhere down a stone road. We enjoyed the private atmosphere and the quirky/eclectic interior design, which gives the place a special atmosphere. Breakfast was great, with several (continental European / Frech) options.
