"The house is very nice ,beautiful views. But the smell of mold inside. The notes everywhere about something is broken or "don't do that" are too much. It's better to just fix it instead of notifying. It felt annoying to see those notes at many places in the house. "This house was in a great location with awesome lakefront views while maintaining privacy, which is super rare for a lake property. I loved the historic charm and updates.The fall colors on the lake were incredible and a welcome sight to wake up to. A couple of notes that I did not pick up from the listing: the house is separated from the lake by a road and the boat house is in pretty rough shape, but this house was something special and we would recommend anyone to stay there."
