"Easy fast taxi ride to and from airport. Room was very quiet. Had a self adjustable air conditioner. Big buffet breakfast."

"As usual, this hotel did not disappoint. The staff is nice and welcoming, check in and out is fast and easy and the breakfast is always delicious. Love the area, our favourite in Düsseldorf with plenty of restaurants and cafés around. Close to everything and main transport."

"Breakfast was done at 11.instead of saying the kitchen is closed, we were told to finish or take whatever food and drink we want to the lobby and be there “ all day if we wanted to” Caters to a very not demanding public, hotel is really under 3 stars, but mattresses were great"

"The location is excellent, close to the main train station and trams, and easy for walking into the centre, as well as to shops and restaurants. The staff are very pleasant and helpful, and the room was very quiet. It would have been helpful to have the fridge unlocked, but otherwise the room was excellent. I would stay there again."

"Room was lovely and very well appointed. I came for one of the Backstreet Boys shows and having their music playing in the lifts was a nice touch. The hotel was very conveniently located, the main train station was very easy to get to for getting around"
