Lovely room — a little small for two people, but perfectly adequate for what we needed for a weekend stay. Just be aware that the toilet wall is practically see-through, so there’s very little privacy. The location is fantastic, with transport links within minutes.
Lovely hotel very close to a local metro station & a rail line station ( both less than a 10 minute walk away)
Very modern hotel with only negatives being the rooms are quite small so if you have big luggage you are cramped for space & also there is no safe or fridge in the room but that's fairly common in Germany
Hotel itself is lovely with a nice comfy bed , good wifi & a nice hot shower
Staff are excellent throughout the hotel
Friendly team, great rooms, efficient air conditioning

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Very nice and friendly staff. The room was clean and tidy, nice modern design as well. The desk works 24/7, lunch on Sunday is until 13:00, which is very convenient.
- Room type: Standard
- Good points:
* Excellent breakfast (plus, the view from the window is stunning)
* Modern room
* 24-hour access to the gym and sauna
* Friendly and professional staff
* Special requests were reflected well
* Great views (Room facing away from the road)
- Pain points:
* Self check-in may be difficult for older guests (although one staff member is available at the front desk, check-in can take longer if several people need help at once)
* Standard room is very small: it may be uncomfortable for those with claustrophobia or taller than 185 cm
* There is a faint dripping sound from the toilet or air conditioner throughout the night, but possible to sleep
* Room lighting is quite dark
* Expensive (especially during exhibition periods)
lovely modern hotel situated 5 minute walk from nearest subway station
friendly staff
rooms quite small but adequate if only staying a couple of days in dusseldorf
lovely hot shower
good sized & comfortable bed
convienence store opposite hotel
good wifi
highly recommend the hotel
only downside is no fridge or safe in room
We booked this hotel specifically for the car loft feature as car enthusiasts taking a special car on a long European road trip. We arrived quite late (~9pm) and were told our room wasn’t ready due to a fault with the shower and were offered a downgrade to a smart room instead. Of course this was very disappointing as we chose this hotel specifically for the unique car loft feature. The lady on reception (who spoke perfect English when my basic German failed me) gave us the key to another room so we could shower and get our young child settled whilst we waited for maintenance to finish in our executive room. She came and found us when the other room was ready and offered free breakfast the following morning for the minor inconvenience. Both rooms were very clean and the executive room was incredibly spacious. The only negative was in both rooms the toilet/shower is not private. The screens are see-through so all other occupants can see you when using these. Check out was very simple and the man on reception was incredibly friendly and spoke in slowed down German to allow me to follow along but switched seamlessly to English when again my German knowledge expired. The breakfast was a fantastic selection of German meats, breads, fruit and salad. We would without doubt stay at this hotel again and recommend to any car enthusiast or those with small children where the convenience of having the car so close is amazing for unloading and reloading the car.
Nice modern hotel, good location near main road and metro/bus
Good breakfast and plenty of seating area despite that hotel was busy
Expensive on site parking but I parked on the street which was much cheaper
No signs where breakfast and fitness were located, had to ask at reception.
