Good value for money hotel within walking distance to the centre of Düsseldorf. Room was clean and the bed was comfy. Parking available at a public parking garage nearby and costs €24 per night.

Amazing service and hotel

Nicholas at reception was an amazing host and even offered us a complimentary drink and snacks at check in. The hotel is excellent and priced well. The best bed I’ve slept in without exception. Would definitely stay here again when in Düsseldorf.

A fantastic little hotel. beautifully renovated. I was bicycle touring and they let me store my bike in the courtyard at check-in. Excellent breakfast buffet, with kind and attentive staff. One young woman didn’t know what a cortado was, so she looked it up and made a good one. Next time I am in Düsseldorf I will be staying here.

Das Personal ist wirklich zuvorkommend und freundlich- da kann man nichts anderes sagen! Auch die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war einwandfrei! Wir durften sogar mit unserem Hund anreisen. Das Haus an sich ist schon älter und leider tatsächlich sehr hellhörig. Man hat die Nachbarzimmer sehr gut hören können (teilweise konnte man Gesprächen folgen) und auch die Türen und Schritte anderer Gäste waren zu hören. Die Hellhörigkeit ist tatsächlich das einzige Manko des Hotels. Es ist zentral an der Kö und auch Little Tokyo ist super zu Fuß erreichbar, es gibt genügend Parks in der Umgebung.

Basic conditions, underground car park nearby

This was our second time we stayed here during our road trip. The room was noticeably smaller with next to no room to walk around bed (room 446), bathroom was much simpler and old-fashioned than the previous one (top floor) with little space for our toiletries. TV didn't work but there was no one to address it with as reception closes around 10pm. Breakfast was poorer than the first time, no pastries, worse sausages and less bread/rolls to choose from. We parked in the underground car park again, 2min walk away, £25 for 24hrs, shame there is no discount for hotel guests.

Auf den mir angezeigt Einzelzimmerbildern war das Bad immer ein getrenntes Zimmer. Bei mir war jedoch alles in einem Raum (sprich WC, Dusche und Bett). Ich persönlich bin kein Fan davon und hätte ich das im voraus gewusst, hätte ich wahrscheinlich ein anderes Zimmer/Hotel gebucht. Der Aufzug ist etwas klein und nur für zwei Personen zugelassen. Jedoch hatte ich als einzelne Person mit Rucksack das Gefühl das niemand mehr mitfahren hätte können. Sonst war aber alles gut. Das Zimmer war sauber und hat einen modernen Eindruck gemacht.
