For us this was a great hotel to stay. We enjoyed it very much. Room is clean, nice shower, the room has everything you need. Tooba is a great woman, she makes you feel at home. She is always ready to help with all what she can.

The surroundings of the hotel are not really pleasant. It would also be nice if someone would clean around the ashtrays outside. Unfortunately some smokers don’t know what they are for.

Morgends um 5 war waren Anlieferung und das Personal war sehr laut dabei ohne Rücksicht auf Gäste. Die Dame am Empfang war recht schroff und die Ausgabe an der Bar wurde für längere Zeit ignoriert. Ist eben nur ein Hotel für kommen schlafen und wieder gehen.

Die Abend/Nachtbesetzung der Rezeption war sehr schlecht gelaunt und hat das auch sehr gerne so weiter gegeben. Der Frühstücksraum war mit der Anzahl der Hotelgäste sehr überfordert. Der einzige Lichtblick war, trotz dem großen Stress, der immer freundlich und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter im Frühstücksbereich.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Excellent Stay in Düsseldorf My stay at the Holiday Inn Express Düsseldorf City North was simply wonderful. From the very beginning, the staff made a big difference: warm, friendly, always ready to help with a smile and genuinely courteous. Their hospitality was truly appreciated, especially when traveling far from home! The location of the hotel is excellent. It's in a quiet area but very well connected—close to public transportation stations, just steps away from several restaurants, and within easy reach of the old town. Getting around Düsseldorf was fast and easy, perfect for both tourists and business travelers. The breakfast exceeded all my expectations: a varied selection, freshly baked bread each morning, traditional German sausages, fresh fruit, cereals, and several types of quality coffee. You can really tell they care about starting your day right. As for the room, everything was spotless. A very comfortable bed with soft pillows that made for restful nights, and a modern, clean, and functional bathroom. The environment was quiet and perfect for relaxing after a day out. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and an excellent location in Düsseldorf. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Hotel is ideally located with plenty of transport links…..trains, trams and buses. Hotel is of good standard. Room was clean and comfortable and had a kettle, iron & iron board and also air conditioning. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was continental with scrambled egg, boiled eggs and turkey sausages also on offer. There is also a small bar for refreshments.
