My first room smelled like dog urine. The beds are very hard, if this is an issue for you, stay away. The breakfast is fine and the area for it is great. No amenities nor gym, very pricy for this. I was there for K Show, so prices were high in general

Rarely give reviews but happy to in this case. The Fritz is a lovely hotel. Roughly a 15 minute walk to the main station, and about 10 minutes to the central area of Dussuldorf, we found it was an ideal location that meant we didn't feel the need to use public transport at all. The room was large and spotlessly clean, and we agreed that the shower was the best we had ever used! The breakfast offered plenty of choice (although no fried/grill options) and was all beautifully presented. The restaurant is Michelin starred for those looking for fine dining in the evening. Would definitely make this a first choice if I was to return to Dusseldorf.

Great base to explore the town centre and Altstadt on foot. The room was great for 1 person, might be a little cramped for a couple for more than 1 night. Coffee or a kettle in the room would be a good edition. I was a little disappointed in the bread/pastry selection at breakfast. Room was good value for money and I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Grundsätzlich gut. Online-Checkin und Gepäckaufbewahrung haben gut funktioniert, auch wenn ich mich zu keiner Zeit mit einem Ausweis authentifiziert habe. Folgende Punkte haben mir nicht gefallen, für eine Nacht konnte ich allerdings damit leben. Im Taschentuchspender waren nur wenige Blätter. Bei der Duschkabine gab es keine Tür, wodurch das Badezimmer und der Flurbereich beim Duschen überschwemmt wurden

Clean and modern hotel in great location close to shops, cafes, trams. Construction at the end of the block was noisy at times but otherwise quiet.Ten minute walk to the Rhein, Carlsplaz and Konigsalee. They offer breakfast for a fee but it would have been nice to have coffee/tea in the rooms.

Super goed hotel! Alles goed gelegen op loopafstand. 2 min punten. Geen eigen parkeerplek / parkeergarage. Voor de deur kan je parkeren tegen kosten van 9 tot 20 uur. Van 20-tot 9:00 uur gratis parkeren. Ik vond zelf de bed niet lekker liggen. Voor de rest super hotel!

Das Zimmer entspricht nicht mehr dem Anspruch des Hotels. Alles ist lose und defekt. Zimmer war nicht sauber bei der Ankunft. Badmüll voll, Kippen im Aschenbecher auf dem Balkon. Das Frühstück ist leider nur noch Mittelmaß. Nichts besonderes mehr. Wir waren bestimmt zum fünften Mal dort und bei jedem Aufenthalt wurde die Qualität und der Service schlechter. Man gibt sich keine Mühe mehr. Rezeption nur selten besetzt. Wir werden dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen. LEIDER! Anfangs waren wir begeistert von dem liebevoll geführten Hotel. Leider nichts mehr davon übrig geblieben.
