Sehr nettes Hotel

Ein sehr nettes Hotel, wenn man z.B. auf der Messe zu tun hat. Im Frühstücksraum spannender Blick ins leere Stadion. Zimmer eher einfach eingerichtet, habe aber sehr gut geschlafen. Gerne wieder!

Mein Aufenthalt im Tulip Inn Duesseldorf Arena Hotel wurde durch viele kleine Dinge zu einem insgesamt unschönen Erlebnis. Es begann mit dem Check in, auf schriftliche Anfrage wurde mir gesagt ein "early Check in" wäre gegen Aufpreis möglich. Als meine Freundin und ich um 9:00 ein checken wollten hieß es, es sei kein Zimmer frei... Toll danke... So war meine Freundin gezwungen sich für unsere Veranstaltung in der Tiefgarage umzuziehen, während ich ein Handtuch um sie gehalten habe als Sichtschutz. Der Parkplatz war sowieso die größte Unverschämtheit überhaupt. Ich kenne kein Hotel wo man den Parkplatz noch extra bezahlen muss und dann auch noch so maßlos überteuert. Zusammen mit zwei Frühstücken (die ich auch noch extra bezahlen musste) waren es 46€. Wären wir länger geblieben beispielsweise eine Woche dann hätte ich 322€ für Frühstück und parken zusätzlich zum Zimmer bezahlen müssen? Das Zimmer an sich war auf den ersten Blick sauber und ordentlich aber leider statt wie gewünscht ein Doppelbett für meine Freundin und mich zwei Einzelbetten. Also musste ich erstmal die Betten zusammendrücken, gibt angenehmeres im Urlaub als Möbel rücken. Das Frühstückbuffet war reichlich und ansehnlich aufgebaut. Es wurde alles schnell aufgefüllt, es schmeckte alles sehr gut und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Das Personal an sich war auch immer sehr freundlich. Mein Fazit: das schlechteste Hotel in dem ich je war. Nie wieder!

War ganz gut, aber etwas schwierig gewesen am 1. Tag hotel und rezeption zu finden, da ich nicht so häufig in hotels übernachte. Abends machte Klimaanlage geräusche die gestört haben. Die zimmerzüren sind etwas schwer da hätte ich ne erleichterung gewünscht. Liegt an der massiven tür dennoch anstrengend.

Einiziger Mangel ist das es dieses Jahr keine Kühlschränke mehr auf den Zimmern gibt. Ansonsten ein TipTop Hotel mit behaglichen, angenehmen und schönen Zimmern und Super Personal.

Direkt an der Arena + Messe + Rhein

Gutes Businesshotel im mittleren Preissegment. Die Nähe zum Rhein war entscheidend, da wir mit grossem Hund angereist sind. Die Anfahrt zum Hotel ist aufgrund der Verkehrsführung umständlich.

Slow, incomplete compensation

The cleaning personnel thought I'd moved out and had forgotten some of my stuff (a phone charger and a few toiletries) of a total value €65, which they then threw away. It has now taken 5 months, 5 unanswered emails, and two phone calls to get a compensation. Not of the full amount, but just €50 - citing that their insurance won't pay more due to me not having receipts for all the lost items. I find it hard to see what the hotel's insurance has to do with whether I should get full a compensation. I'll definitely survive without the last €15, and I also think it's ok to make mistakes like accidentally throwing away stuff. But not attending to it right away, ignoring emails, and not compensating the loss fully, is not ok.

Schönes Hotel direkt an der Arena. Straßenbahn hält direkt vorm Hotel. Nur die Frühstückszeiten am Wochenende sind nicht gut .

Tolle Lage, aber...

Auf Grund einer Firmenfeier, war der Service im Restaurant und in der Bar total überfordert. Schade, auf Grund des doch sehr hohen Preises war ich dann schon sehr enttäuscht. Hätte ich im Vorfeld gewusst, dass an diesem Abend diese, sehr laute, Firmenfeier ist, hätte ich dieses Hotel sicher nicht gebucht.

Hotel in Nähe der Esprit-Arena.

Entweder Sicht auf die Straße( laut) oder den Innenhof( auch laut wegen Lüftungsanlage) Abends nach 22.00 kein Snack mehr. Problem mit dem Abfluß(Geruch). Nur das Frühstücksbüffet war in Ordnung. Viel zu teuer. Nur zum Fußballgucken gut(2.BL!) Würde nie wieder dort absteigen.

Perfekt für Messebesuch, mit einer Einschränkung

Das Tulip Inn ist perfekt für einen Kurzaufenthalt, um die Messe zu besuchen. Mit dem Essen waren wir sehr zufrieden, das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das einzige, was an diesem Hotel nicht passt, ist, dass das kostenlose Internetpaket im Zimmer gerade für 10 Minuten reicht, - das ist für mich unverständlich in Zeiten, in denen die meisten Hotels im Zimmer kostenloses Wlan anbieten und man nach der Messe oft noch etwas recherchieren will.
