Short stay with friends

Little Hotel run by a lovely lady. Very clean room (studio on pictures) and a comfy bed. Everything spotless and new. Morning coffee on a request and breakfast can be order too. Not suitable for a self catering. Aldi shop on the way to a train station. Best of all you can ask for a free transport ticket in Düsseldorf

Düsseldorf er mere en Zentrum, og det fåes billigt

Super-oplevelse på et sted, hvor man normalt ike ville forvente det store. Lokal-området er ikke at prale af, men værelserne er gode og meget rene, Morgenmaden var ganske ok, og servicen spuer-sød. Pris/kvalitet er helt i top hér :). Jeg betalte ca € 45 for overnatning og morgenmad.

Place do not deserve even to be called a HOSTEL!!!

Staff is rude, unhelpful. 1. We arrived late so our friend picked up the room key. We were looking for ages for the room nr.40 as on key, eventually after trying several doors, key fitted to nr2. Later receptionist said nr 40 is for internal use only, which made no sense to us. 2. We booked double room, but got room with two single beds together and two single duvets. (see pic attached) When we asked to change the room, receptionist argued with us, saying that all rooms are like this and it is a double room. She couldn’t change it, so we asked at least to give us a discount for inconvenience, but she rejected and said, if the wooden frame in the middle is bothering us, she can prepare the bed on a sofa, which we refused considering the price we were paying for the hotel!!!!!!! 3. No room service! We waited two days to get towels changed, at the end, we went to reception and insisted to have it done. Reply was: “Theoretically we can do the bed, but we don’t do it and towels are changed only if they are wet! So non of days of our stay, they cleaned our room or made the beds. 4. On top of all of this, we had expired milk in our room We stayed at the hotel in November 2017. Milk expiry date was May 2017.

Rustig gelegen hotel vlakbij Düsseldorf en Keulen

De kamer was perfect. Keuken en slaap/leeskamer waren apart. De gelegenheid was er om zelf te koken. De kamers waren schoon en werden elke dag schoongemaakt. 1 nadeel was het bed. Due was echt te hard. Voor de rest alles prima.

Nettes Hotel in der Nähe zum Bahnhof Benrath

Der Check-In und Check-Out waren sehr schnell und die Mitarbeiterinnen sehr freundlich. Das Hotel ist auber und einladend und es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze auf dem Hof.

Einfach und praktisch, fußläufig zum Bahnhof

Sauberes Zimmer und Bad mit allem, was man für ein bis zwei Nächte braucht, inkl. Fön! Etwas hellhörig. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Bett war sehr bequem, hohe Qualität der Matratze. Komme für geschäftliche Termine gern wieder.

Super Hotel

Bereits der Empfang am Abend war super. Die freundliche Dame an der Rezeption gab uns auch einen guten Tipp fürs Nachtessen. Die Zimmer sind groß und sehr ruhig. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und die Atmosphäre des Frühstücksraums war angenehm. Da wir das Hotel bereits bei der Ankunft bezahlen konnten, ging das Auschecken blitzartig. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Ruhige Lage in City-Nähe

Zimmer neu renoviert und sehr sauber, sehr freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstücks-Buffet ohne Schnick-Schnack Wir hatten ein sehr geräumiges 2-Zimmer-Appartement mit Kühlschrank, Induktionsherd und Mikrowelle, alles Notwendige war vorhanden. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in ruhiger Lage, wir werden wieder buchen.
