"Room was very spacious. Hotel was supposed to have daily housekeeping but that did not occur, unless you went to the front desk everyday, and requested to be on the list. Even turning on the Housekeeping button for the room, did not work unless we went to the desk everyday."

"When we arrived around 2pm, our room was not ready until 4pm. Went back to check at 4pm, still not ready. It was around 4:30pm before we got a room. Walking around the room in bare feet, your feet get black and sticky. There is no table service at this resort for drinks. Staff is not as friendly compared to other resorts. Food was just okay, not a lot of flavor."

"Word for the wise! If you pay for the “huts” on the beach for your entire stay, make sure you claim them daily between 7-9am or they are forfeited and given to other guests. You are not charged but you don’t have your hut. Many guests were upset as that is the reason you rent them so as not having to rush down in the morning. "

"We were on the 5th floor on top of the hill dacing ocean. The view is breath taking. It was an amazing place. We can’t wait go back!!"
