"The room was very clean. Staff are very helpful and friendly. They gave us complimentary balloons and cake since were celebrating birthdays. You will feel the exclusivity once youre on their private island. Tho it will be better if there will be complimentary bfast without adding/ paying extra during the stay. Will come definitely come back!"

"The staff was wonderful, friendly, and very helpful! Our room was nice and when they say ocean front, it’s actually ocean front. Open the sliding glass doors and the ocean is right there! Food was excellent, especially the eclairs at the barista. Would highly recommend this resort to spend your vacation!"

"Property was relatively clean. 3rd time here & sadly I have to say the beach is not as clean as it was our first time. We were in the Palm tower overlooking the parking lot & asked to be moved to the courtyard or pool view. Spoke to the manager & she did not move us. For the cost of our stay I was very disappointed. Staff is very courteous especially Renaldo. Rooms very clean & housekeeping did a great job. Would return."
