Started with a sales agent, Nick/Sergio, not completing my room upgrade, then another agent took over, Lyssette, but wasn’t able to book my upgrade, she tried hard. She was able to upgrade me to bigger room at first and then half way through the stay to direct water room (later I actually regretted it). We were on the hill the first 3 nights, room was ok. "The room (1206) AC didnt go below 77 degrees. I called the front desk they said they would send someone , dont think any one came the AC wouldn't go lower the 4 days we were there. Also it is listed as a partial ocen view. You are on the bottom floor and Can Not see the ocean from the room at all. Room was clean but old. The staff was friendly."
