"The first room I was given smelled like raw sewage. The second room provided after stressing the horrible smell and the door to other unit was unlocked. Felt unsafe in the first room given. The second room was perfect. "

"Honestly wasn’t what I’m used to we weren’t greeted upon arrival with a welcome drink or someone to take our bags we had to approach staff for everything no one came to us at all. No room service limited restaurants. And all inclusive is not so all inclusive overall I love the island itself outside of the resort. Our room was huge we had the 1bedroom suite. Will definitely return but try another resort and if you’re not of Caucasian descent be prepared to be looked over I had to repeatedly say I was next"

"The views were absolutely stunning. The staff was very helpful and kind. We got the room with the Butler service and really enjoyed having that feature. We also booked the all adult inclusive side and avoided the family side. It was nice and quiet, but they also had bands at certain times that you could enjoy."
