It is!The house is spotless and has all the necessary supplies for a comfortable stay. Having a washer/dryer was super handy, having traveled for over a week and hiked some great trails. Be sure to check out the Flaming Gorge Brewing Company about 1-1/2 miles down the road. Friendly folk."
