When we got there there was mouse droppings everywhere, over all the cutlery, stove, piles in the living room couch and carpet…way more than seemed possible if the places had been cleaned in the last 5 days (we cleaned it all when we arrived and didn’t see any new droppings over the next 2 days). "The cottage is very nicely set up with everything that you could need. It’s very clean and well-maintained.It’s a little far from any stores and can give a sense that it’s very secluded. The only place to go for a walk is on the gravel road. We came there to go fishing and found that there were not a lot of bites at all. While we did catch a few, it was not a very good lake for a fishing trip, which was our purpose. If you are not going for fishing then the lake is beautiful for swimming, etc....
