"We loved our short stay at Katandra and didn't want to leave. The homestead is full of warmth and character, with the open kitchen/dining/lounge area, fire place and the wrap around verandah being the focal points for us. We also rented the separate cottage, also with a great view of the farm and the lake. Our dogs were kept comfortable with wide open space and fenced enclosure when needed. "We loved our stay at Rubys place. Had a great deck to sit on after a day at the beach. Only a short walk to the bowlo, beach, SLSC and Main Street. Only thing I would suggest is packing an extra bath mat. We had four adults stay and it got quite wet after showers. Would definitely stay here again. "
