"Our dome was great as were the facilities offered at the beach for relaxing in the sun or sitting by your own private fire, kayaking or canoeing. We had not realized the lovely private bathroom was outside the dome but only 2 steps away. It was not clear that the “stove” was a single ring attached to the barbq but we made it work. Management was very helpful and available if needed. We are seniors, really enjoyed our visit and would recommend trying a dome. Thank you."

"We enjoyed a lovely and comfortable Thanksgiving weekend at Mokki Stay with our close friends and all our adult kids. The cottage is beautiful and tastefully decorated, and located near to facilities such as Algonquin Park, The Haliburton Sculpture Trail and Haliburton Wildlife Reserve. "

"This is an absolutely beautiful two-story cottage with everything you need for a short or long-term stay. Nestled into the woods but close to the area's attractions, trails and the town of Haliburton - it's a peaceful break from the hustle and bustle of the city. The cottage itself is tastefully decorated, with comfortable beds, a full kitchen with all the necessary utensils, a washer and dryer, barbeque and beautiful views into the forest. All in all, I would highly recommend and hope to return...
