"This was our first time in Tbilisi and stayed at Pullman for a week. We arrive early and were met by Salome's smiling face. She allowed us to check in early, and we were surprised to find an afternoon tea and a complimentary bottle of wine waiting for us in our room. The hotel is 15 to 20-min. taxi from Old Tbilisi, but using the Bolt app made securing rides easy. The hotel has everything you could possibly ask for -- a rooftop bar, finely decorated rooms, a massive breakfast buffet, a world-class gym, etc. The staff is incredible! They prepared box breakfasts for us when we had an early morning tour, graciously a large bill into smaller bills, answered our questions, and made check-in and check-out so easy. Carrefour is right down the street and we fell in love with Kinkali Factory restaurant a block away. If my travels take me back to Tbilisi, I will definitely stay at Pullman Axis."

"The beds are nice and the property is in a good location close to restaurants and shopping. Hotel Staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is convenient and full of delicious options but is very expensive. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was also very good and a better price."
