"Unfortunately, my stay at Lagoon Beach Hotel was disappointing. There was no hot water, the rooms had an unpleasant smell, and the internet didn’t work at all. The hotel seemed understaffed, and the water quality was questionable—I ended up using bottled water instead. There was also a strange odor coming from the bathroom. Overall, it wasn’t a comfortable experience, and I don’t plan to stay there again.

"I liked the location right on the Volta River. I liked the outdoor dining room. I liked the food selections on the menu. I liked the beautiful landscaping.
I didn't like the poor service and missing items that were not as advertised.
No pool
No wifi
No toilet paper in the bathroom. We had to ask for some.
The manager was non- existence during our stay. Every time we had a question, one of the young ladies had to call him. He was off-site most of the time.
