"Excellent location, great pool and facilities. But they need management overhaul. The staff is alright, they seem overworked and lacked resourced. For such a big hotel with 150 villas spread over 20+ acres they had just 2 buggies for handling luggage. If this was a Asian resort they would have 10 buggies riding at every whims. "Price was quite expensive for essentially a room in an attic. Nowhere to fill water bottle up aside from the bathroom (next to the toilet). Reception hours are minimal, in particular checking in time is only an hour, otherwise you have to phone reception and arrange after hours check in. "Was beautiful I'd always wanted to stay here probably even 15yrs ago it was beautiful clean roomy tidy perfect location I hope I get the chance again one day I didn't however get my free bottle of wine with my stay I also love their was salt sugar etc if I'd add anything I'd have a little thing of oil and some morning fresh dish soap"
