"One of the best places to stay visiting Mall of America. The pools including Kiddie play pool is awesome. Kept kids busy and they enjoyed every bit of it. "

"The breakfast needs an upgrade, pool area needs work. One hot tub down along with some wall damage. Rooms need to be cleaned better (at least our room did) and the toilet in room 315 needs some serious help (clogged every other flush even if you were simply just flushing the toilet) Hotel I’m guessing knew about the issue as when we went to go to front desk and opened our door someone had put a plunger outside the door for us already. We paid $148 for a night and it was not worth the price. I’ve stayed here before a few times and it was good. This trip not so much. I did let staff know about the toilet when leaving just in case and in hopes they fix it for the next guests or don’t allow anyone to book it until it’s fixed. Wasn’t sanitary and actually pretty gross to have to do it multiple times for a family in there."

"Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Not the best water pressure in the shower. Also thought it was ridiculous that we had to pay extra for parking. If im paying to stay at your hotel youd think they would provide parking for the paying guests!"

"The room is a good size, if you have children. The front desk staff was amazing! However, no fan in th bathroom, you can see the paint feeling from this. And it has a musty smell. Absolutely no pans to cook with. 4 plates and 2 forks and spoons. If you want to cook. Make sure you bring your own stuff. "

"Highly recommended this hotel. It was clean, staff were friendly/accomodating, and lots of options for snacks and food. I liked that they had parking available, rather than having to find a parking garage or lot off the property. Would definitely stay here again while visiting St. Paul!"
