"It was beautifully decorated and clean. The people at the marina were very friendly. Had a question from the owner and response was immediate. Sunsets were very pretty. Lots of restuarants around the area."

"Great property for families or big groups in a nice location. Being accepting of pets is a plus. There were a couple of minor issues that the host addressed quickly. Overall we had a great stay and would come back if we were looking in the area again. Would love to come back when it gets hot so we could enjoy the nice pool and outdoor space."

"Gene came to the rescue after a previous venue cancelled a reservation a week before the planned date.His house comfortably hosted all 20 of us.The cabinets and switches in the living room and kitchen area was all clearly marked.Beds were comfortable, and the bunk bed mattresses are larger than expected.The location was quiet yet convenient.Gene himself was very responsive as a host, answering all of our questions and concerns in a prompt manner.This is definitely a venue I would reserve again for a future event."

"The house is conveniently located with 2 beds per room which was nice for those who have extras staying with them. TV's in all the bedrooms which for my family is a must! BIG fenced in backyard for the dogs which was awesome and the place is pet-friendly. There are lots of restaurants/shops nearby and plenty of parking. Neighborhood is quiet and we felt safe. While we didn't intend to cook meals at the house, the kitchen had the basics so if you plan to cook meals check with the host to ensure it has what you need. They're very responsive and accommodating. "
