"The shower curtain in our bathroom was installed incorrectly making taking a shower a little tricky. The bathroom sink drained very slowly. The couch in the room was so hard it was uncomfortable to sit on. The "free" breakfast bar was disappointing. There were runny scrambled eggs. The egg container was half full of liquid (I assumed it was water). There was no meat selection. The previously frozen breakfast sandwiches looked very unappealing. On the positive side, the staff were friendly."

"The a/c in my room felt great, but I wasn't aware of the $70 incidental fee. I'm supposed to get it back in 7-10 business days. There were kids on the grounds and they were playing ball outside. The ball hit my hotel room window and when I complained to staff they did nothing. Bring your own drinks because the vending machine drinks are expensive and it only takes cash. The continental breakfast was okay. You can make your own waffle, enjoy cereal, yogurt, toast, and fruit. But the fruit they...

"The room was fine and bed comfortable. Overall a clean establishment. Complimentary breakfast was also acceptable. We were not happy with the quality of housekeeping services. We were provided with fresh towels etc. but they did not empty trash in our room, did not make our beds, did not restock coffee pods etc. and we’d have to go to the front desk and ask. Front desk attendants were not the friendliest."
