"Our stay overall was amazing the house was great, clean and spacious. The resort pool, waterslide and lazy river are very nice for days off. The only hiccup was we booked and had requested the pool be heated, our request was never put in, we called once we got there, was supposed to be done and by half the trip it had not been actioned so we called to cancel, pool was freezing and we did not get to enjoy it."
