Otter Hill has 176 ft of Frontage on Yellow Birch Lake, part of the 28 lake chain in Eagle River! Drop a line right from the dock!

The driveway is a large roundabout making the property very trailer friendly for toys. The boat landing is just down the street and snowmobile trails are easily accessible.


Chrystal clear Silver Lake is just down the driveway and across the street! Enjoy the swimming area there too!

As a renter, you can enjoy our kayaks, paddle boards, canoe, John boat, 2 person peddle boat, and more! All the lake toys!
