"Beautiful scenic views and impressive renovations. The rooms are clean, spacious, and feature adjustable climate control, fresh air circulation, and a smoke‑free environment. The added room security is a nice touch. Staff members are attentive and courteous. Breakfast is excellent, offering a wide variety of options in a large, well‑organized space. Parking is conveniently close to the building with plenty of room between spaces. This is a second stay at Hampton Inn, Covington, Va."

"The property was fine. The pool is tiny. The fr desk manager was weirdly confrontational and seemed mad that I was there. Nobody there was friendly, even the replacement staff the next morning. They asked if I destroyed anything in the room before they gave me my receipt. Im 52 years old with a bad back.and a bad knee and I was traveling by myself, so Im not sure what gave off those vibes. Meanwhile, it was the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed at. There was nonstop banging from the room next...
