"Room was clean. Limited breakfast options. Plenty of parking options. Only compliant is the hallway have a funny odor that made it unpleasant to walk down to the elevator. "

"Hotel was clean and in a good location in West Philly, Ubers/Lyfts/Shuttle was about 15 minutes from Center City. Shuttle was convenient for travel, when available. Indoor pool was nice but cold. Pool towels were half the size of a bath towel. Elevators were hit and miss majority of our stay. Several restaurants and a Target within walking distance and view of hotel. Overall it was a great hotel and I'd stay again!!"

"First of all, the staff is very rude. They have no urgency to do anything. They’ll let you stand in the front without even acknowledging you. The breakfast is disgusting. It reminds me of a shelter the ones you watch online where they watch you get the food you have to put your name down and it’s just a open area. Please do not think this is complementary good breakfast. It is not. The man that I was working with was very rude and he seemed to get aggravated. We went back back-and-forth to the point where I told him just stop talking to me. This is a non-smoking location, but the whole location smells like smoke stinks so bad . The pictures are very deceiving if you need something cheap for one night be my guess, but even with that being said I we’ll never stay at this location again "

"The room was old. Not even a vent fan in the bathroom. The bar/restaurant had surprisingly good food and the gentlemen behind the bar was very pleasant and accommodating. On the other hand Ruth was rude, nasty, and just awful. Breakfast was a joke. This is a large hotel that only has a breakfast buffet. The place was filled to capacity and certainly unprepared for this breakfast debacle. The kept running out of food and had 2 self serve waffle makers with a capacity crowd, a joke. Make a pot of oatmeal, it’s easy, instead of packets of instant. The young lady is he with the more interested in making sure you’ve paid and making sure you ate. Pay when you enter or don’t sit down. And the biggest joke is they’ll let you in five minutes before they close and then when they’re ready to close are you grab what you can cause we’re closing the buffet. The police is a free-for-all people in the lobby with coolers bringing their own bottles of liquor and wine which is creating a mess everywhere. I’ve never seen a restaurant where you could bring in food from the outside and leave the mess all over the table until eventually there was nowhere to sit. And then when my son-in-law asked for a check out he was told no, because they were sold out for the next day. However when he went online availability for the next day was wide open . I guess for the price, if that’s your thing, you got what you paid for."

"The maids have to use the elevators so pays to get on a lower floor to avoid long waits in the morning."
