Water views all around and a comfortable livingroom with reclining sofas and a frame tv,

The lovely Dining area has a coffee bar with an espresso machine and syrups and beans are provided! (Bring your own dairy)

Two comfy queen bedrooms on the main level and a luxurious bathroom with a tile shower and double bowl vanity!

Headed to the lower level you ll find the Spa inspired master suite! You ll see a king bed with luxurious Egyptian cotton linens, cloud like duvet and water views while laying in bed! There’s also a tv to watch your fave shows.
It’s Connected to a bathroom with tile shower with double rainfall shower heads and a large double bowl vanity. Diffusers and ambience lighting sure to help you relax and unwind!

You ll also find a lounge area with a movie corner and a game area foosball/board games/puzzles on that level with outside access as well to a porch swing and the hot tub right outside and a short walk to the dock.

Laundry room and a full bathroom are on the lower level as well.

In the loft on the 2nd floor you ll find a kids corner with toys and books sure to keep your little ones entertained and a kids bedroom with a nautical theme and 2 full size beds and a water view.

Now let’s talk about the outdoor living!!!!!

Walking out from the living room and dining room you ll see a huge deck with a covered area with comfortable outdoor couches and a gas grill, there’s outdoor dining area and then 6 loungers to soak up the sun as well!

The patio has steps leading down to the hot tub and the breeo firepit with 6 chairs.
The brick trail leads you down to the dock where you can fish, catch some crabs and park your boat and enjoy the sandy beach area!

We do provide kayaks, lifejackets and beach towels as well kids beach toys!

Come enjoy a glass of wine at sunset and eat some crabs at This waterfront retreat!
Please do not instant book this property if u plan on having more than 10 guests on the property at any time!

we typically do not allow extra guests in and out even if not spending the night, unless permitted by host..

we do allow pets with host communication , and do have a pet fee in place , this needs to be paid prior to checkin, so please enter your pet onto the reservation.
Pet fee is good for 1 pet , each pet has its own pet fee.
In order for you to bring your pet and for us to maintain our high level of cleanliness our pet policy includes no pets on furniture and absolutely no pets unattended unless confined to their cage.
