"Upon arrival toilet was clogged I reported to front desk on first day nothing happened I returned the next day and they handed me a plunger to fix the clog. Normally a maintenance worker would preform the task."

"The property is being updated. Our room was clean, neat and new looking. We are getting used to the new policy that one must ask for service by housekeeping for a multi-day stay. Only one person in restaurant for breakfast but she was great."

"The property had a weird smell. Every night I got a very strong smell of cigarette from the washroom which makes me think that their venting system has some problem. The staff weren’t courteous at all. They initially assigned me a wrong room and when I went into the room, there was a person inside already. When I told them about it, they didn't say anything and gave me another room, as if it was a normal incident."
