"A great property- clean, spacious room, comfortable bed. Our only complaint was that the breakfast was supposed to be available at 6:30 am and was not, so we “ate” the extra charge. We’d definitely say again!"

"Check in process was terrible as I arrived at 2:30 pm and the receptionist said at first I would have to pay an early check-in fee, then he said there were no rooms ready, and I explained to him I had to go to work and would not be back after midnight, since I work at the hospital, but he never said that the front door and the main lobby will be closed after 11 pm and I'd have to dial in from the phone for the night attendant to come let me in. It was a mess overall. The room was fine, except you could hear all the cars and trucks on the main highway as it is literally across the street. Breakfast is just a to go bars to grab."

"For a none smoking property I felt like I walked to a cigarette’s chimney because of the smoke smell. I had to wait about 15 to 20 minutes to be checked in and not because it was busy but because there was nobody available. When the guy at the front desk finally showed up, there was no apologies, no greeting but a simple do you want to check in, unprofessional service at its best. Woke up in the morning, there was no hot water in the room at all, called the front desk to find out what was going on, all I got was “oh yeah we are aware of the situation but maintenance won’t be here until morning can’t give you a time though” so I left. The room was clean though. I guess they have good housekeeper but terrible front desk staff."

"Super clean, nice hotel. Very nice staff. The hot tub and pool are real nice. Comfortable bed. Hotel is close to many shops, restaurants, etc. I would most definitely return if I need to stay in the area again."

"We had booked 5 nights here Monday and Tuesday were fine. We left for Philadelphia for a day and came back on Thursday for our final three days. These stays were booked and confirmed weeks in advance. When we came back on Thursday we were told someone was in our room because they did not want to leave. Instead of kicking them out they told us we would have to downsize to a smaller room and move if our room became available the next day. Neither of these options would work for as we needed the suite that we had booked and were not going to be around to move since we had plans the following day. This was a major inconvenience when asked why they didn’t ask the people in our room to move they said they won’t ask a paying customer to leave even though they had no reservation. This was totally unacceptable as I had the room reserved and am also a paying customer. Very poor customer service!"
