The room was comfy and well heated, although sone of the corridors and communal areas were a bit cold. The pool the next day was very nice for kids, with lots of pool noodles and floats for them to play with (although the changing room was FREEZING!) we came away loving our stay and promising that we’d be returning "

"We were just in transit and the M25 were closed just before the hotel. We spend over an extra hour to get there. Of course the hotel has no control of the road work. Staff was friendly and check in was smooth at 1 am. The room was comfortable and good value for money. "
