"We had an amazing overnight stay at the Annex. Nancy, the host, could not have been more welcoming, informative and helpful. The cottage was ideal for our particular needs - a rather last minute booking - and very clean and well equipped throughout. It was beautifully warm, and the property is set deep in a very beautiful part of lovely Exmoor. Would highly recommend this cosy cottage for a couple and reasonably priced as well. "

"The situation is perfect. Right on the beach with great views. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Staff are helpful, friendly and work hard to make your stay an enjoyable experience. The bed was clean and comfortable. Amenities were good. The hotel is a little jaded in places. It didn't detract from a great stay."
